AI voice transcription is powered by Sarvam AI (selected by MeitY under the IndiaAI Mission) and supports 22 Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, and Marathi. A Tamil consultation produces a structured English SOAP note automatically. The doctor speaks naturally — Fertiva Pro transcribes, structures, and presents the note for approval.

All patient data is stored exclusively on cloud infrastructure physically located in India — it never leaves Indian servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Full-disk encryption at rest is being deployed ahead of first clinic go-live. Role-based access ensures each staff member sees only what their role requires. Every action is permanently logged in an immutable audit trail. We are DPDP Act 2023 compliant and built to NABH Digital Health standards.

Yes — this is available on Professional plan and above. Fertiva Pro maintains embryo chain-of-custody, cryopreservation records, and Gardner grading logs throughout the year. At the time of annual reporting, the system auto-generates the ICMR return in the required format. This eliminates hours of manual data collation and removes the legal risk of late or incorrect returns.

Yes — this was a deliberate design decision. Fertiva Pro supports three consent authentication methods: OTP (smartphone), and biometric thumb impression via a Mantra MFS110 fingerprint device for patients who cannot use a smartphone (releasing shortly). Consent forms are available in 6 Indian languages. Every consent event generates a tamper-proof audit record meeting DPDP Act 2023 requirements.

No — Fertiva Pro runs on any Windows, Mac, Android tablet, or iPad with a browser. No special hardware is required to get started. A basic USB microphone (included in your onboarding welcome kit) is sufficient for AI voice transcription. Optional add-ons are available: Hollyland Lark M2S wireless lapel mic for better transcription accuracy in noisy rooms, and Mantra MFS110 fingerprint device for biometric patient consent on Professional plan and above. Onboarding is a one-time fee separate from your subscription. It covers system setup, data migration, staff training, and a go-live checklist. Starter: ₹9,999 (remote, 2 sessions). Core: ₹19,999 (remote, 4 sessions, up to 1,000 patient records migrated). Professional: ₹24,999 (remote + 1 on-site visit, 5 sessions, up to 2,000 records). Enterprise: ₹39,999 (2 on-site visits + hypercare, full data migration, custom integrations).

Billing, invoicing and GST are included from Starter upwards. From Core, HRMS and statutory payroll are included too — PF, ESI and Professional Tax calculated automatically — alongside asset management. On Professional and above, the Accounts module extends to full MIS and P&L reporting with TDS. For most fertility clinics this means accounting and HR workflows are covered without a separate tool running alongside Fertiva Pro.

Your service never stops. When you reach 80% of your monthly message limit, Fertiva Pro shows an in-app notification. If you exceed the limit, messaging continues uninterrupted and Fertiva Pro absorbs the overage that month. If you consistently exceed your plan limit for two or more months, the system will suggest upgrading to a higher plan. There are no surprise bills to your clinic — ever.

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access — no credit card required. You can use all modules, run AI voice transcription, generate ICMR records, and test the full workflow during the trial. After 14 days, you choose a plan and pay. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid month, we refund every rupee — no questions asked.

Multi-branch support is available on the Enterprise plan with custom pricing. It includes centralised reporting across branches, branch-level access control, consolidated ICMR return generation, and a dedicated account manager. Hospital fertility departments and chains doing 100+ cycles/month should contact us directly to discuss a tailored Enterprise setup.
