Common questions
Do partners get guaranteed referrals or patients?
No. The treating doctor decides what to recommend, and some clinics use their own in-house teams. We make partner services available to clinics and patients; we never promise volumes.
Are partnerships exclusive?
No. Every partnership is non-exclusive and follows standard terms for its category.
Will you share patient data with us?
Only what a patient explicitly consents to share for a service they choose, and only what that service needs. Clinical records are never shared with partners.
Is there a cost to become a partner?
Terms depend on the type of partnership and are set out in writing before anything starts. For care and wellness partners, Fertiva earns a platform fee only on bookings made through the platform.
