What is Fertiva Pro?
Fertiva Pro is an AI-powered operations and intelligence system for IVF and fertility clinics in India. It runs the full clinic workflow — reception and patient intake, the doctor console, the embryology lab, the general lab, pharmacy, accounts, HRMS and nursing — on one platform, with voice transcription in 22 Indian languages and consent and record-keeping built around the ICMR ART (Regulation) Act 2021 and the DPDP Act 2023.
Who is it for?
Fertility specialists, embryologists, clinic directors and front-desk teams at IVF and ART centres in India, from single-centre independent clinics to multi-centre groups. India has 4,343 ART clinics on the National Registry.
What does it replace?
Most Indian fertility clinics run on three disconnected systems: a clinical EMR, Tally or Zoho for accounts, and an external consultant for payroll. Fertiva Pro covers all three. The accounts module handles GST invoicing, TDS and bank reconciliation; the HRMS module handles PF, ESI, professional tax and attendance.
What are the nine modules?
- Reception and patient intake
- Doctor console with AI clinical notes
- Embryology lab, including chain-of-custody records
- General lab and results management
- Pharmacy
- Accounts and GST invoicing
- HRMS and statutory payroll
- Asset and equipment management
- Nursing station
What languages does it support?
Voice transcription runs in 22 Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati. Patient intake and consent are currently available in six languages, so a patient reads and acknowledges consent in the language she actually speaks.
How does it handle ART Act and DPDP requirements?
Consent is captured as a seven-clause, language-tagged, timestamped record rather than a signature on paper. Embryo and gamete chain-of-custody, cryopreservation tracking and annual return generation are built into the embryology module. Compliance itself remains a property of the clinic and its processes; the platform is designed to support those obligations, not to discharge them.
Where is patient data stored?
In India. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3, and full-disk encryption at rest is being deployed ahead of first clinic go-live. AI processing runs against in-region infrastructure, so clinical data does not leave the country.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at ₹4,999 per month for gynaecology OPDs and runs to ₹34,999 per month for multi-doctor fertility centres. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Who builds it?
Fertiva Pro is developed by HumanITech in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Founder Muthu Karthick Alagar came to the problem as a former fertility patient and built the first version over eight months. Fertiva Pro was a finalist at the Medicall Healthcare Innovation Awards 2026 — one of nine selected from 162 applications, and the only fertility platform in the field.
How do I see it?
Write to hello@fertiva.pro or request a demo from the home page. Demos run live against a working clinic environment, including a voice transcription test in your preferred Indian language.
