Who we are looking for
Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Tech Lead
You will be the technical owner of Fertiva Pro: turning product ideas into a secure, reliable platform, and running it end to end.
Responsibilities and skills
What you will own
- Architecture, development and code review across web, backend and APIs (Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/Prisma)
- Cloud and deployment on AWS: environments, CI/CD, backups and disaster recovery
- Security and data protection: encryption, role-based access, audit logs, secrets, patching and vulnerability fixes; preparing for independent security audits
- Maintenance and reliability: monitoring, alerts and incident handling
- AI and integrations: LLM and speech APIs, WhatsApp Business API and payment gateways
- Sprint planning, technical documentation and a weekly plain-English update to the founder
Must have
- 5+ years building and running production web applications end to end
- Strong TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js and SQL/PostgreSQL
- Hands-on AWS, Docker and CI/CD (for example GitHub Actions)
- Applied security practice: OWASP Top 10, encryption and access control
- Has owned a live production system, from build to support

- Healthcare, fintech or other regulated-data experience
- Prisma and Turborepo monorepos
- LLM integration
- Early-stage startup experience
Full-Stack Engineer – Web & Mobile
You will build features end to end across our clinic platform and our patient mobile app, working closely with the Tech Lead.
Responsibilities and skills
What you will own
- Features end to end across the web application and APIs
- Building and publishing our patient mobile app in React Native
- Tests, production fixes and a share of on-call maintenance
- Secure coding and data-protection practices for health data
- Clear documentation for what you build
Must have
- 3+ years with React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL
- At least one React Native app published on the Play Store or App Store
- REST API design, Git and the ability to work independently
Good to have
- AWS, Prisma, push notifications and offline-first apps
- Indian-language interfaces
- Healthcare experience

Common questions
Where will I work?
Our base is Coimbatore and we prefer people who can work from here, at least part of the week. For the right experience, we also consider remote candidates within India.
Do you hire freshers or interns for these roles?
Not for these two roles. Both need experience owning production systems. We will post other openings on this page when they come up.
Will I work with patient data?
Engineers work with test data by default. Access to any live system is limited to what the role needs, logged, and given only after onboarding and confidentiality agreements are complete.
How do I withdraw my application?
